Event description
Mentoring, coaching and sponsorship are fundamental to successful team building, succession planning, and talent management. An ongoing challenge for many leaders is initiating frank and timely conversations with employees to address gaps in professional experience, skill sets, or other areas of opportunity. Ironically, it is those tough, honest and ‘real’ conversations that employees yearn for most. Teresa White, president, Aflac US and HBA Atlanta 2014 Woman in Healthcare Leadership Award winner, will share practical insights on effective coaching and building effective teams.
