HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS AND HBA MIDWEST REGION PRESENTS

How are You Wired? Leading with Self-Awareness

Join the Midwest Region, Chicago Northern Suburbs and WIT affinity group for your own personal journey to unleash your power of self-awareness with Prism Portraits to elevate your personal and professional relationships.

There has never been more important time in our lives to connect with others. During this program you will uncover facets of yourself that will help you better:
- Understand the dimensions of you, your family members and co-workers
- Recognize, develop, and capitalize on your strengths and blind spots
- Understand how to reach the other person when tensions run high
- Lead with clarity from a foundation of understanding and confidence

This 90-Minute event will provide a Prism Portrait walk through, how to evaluate a team and finally, using Prism insights to super charge your next interview.

Every participant will receive a confidential link to complete their own Prism Portrait.

Your Prism Portrait provides a summary of your unique strengths, growth opportunities and unrealized potential designed to significantly increase your ability to understand your impact on others, improve your communication and optimize your personal development for work and life success.
