HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Leading with Courage in Times of Change and Uncertainty

Event description
How do you anticipate and respond to change in today’s rapidly shifting business environment?
Do you resist it? Rise to the challenge? Become paralyzed with fear? Even change that creates a less-than-ideal environment can offer an opportunity to develop your leadership and your stand.
Courage is one of the key human traits shared by outstanding leaders, performers and role models. Come and interact with our panel of executive women who will share their stories, insights and advice and give you food for thought. Perhaps also inspire you to make some changes in your own organization or life.

As usual, we will end the session with a nice and informal networking cocktail. Presentations will be held in English.

Learning objectives
1. Be inspired by examples of courage and taking a stand, to make an impact around you
2. Thrive in the midst of uncertainty
