Understanding Subconscious Beliefs - Overcome Unintentional Bias

Racial tension in the country is not going away. Nor should it. It's time for change. It's time for everyone to be part of the solution. This webinar will show you how and why you are biased. And it will show you why It's not your fault. All humans have bias. It's simply a function of how we acquire knowledge. You weren't in control when most of your biases were formed. What you do after gaining this knowledge is in your control. You can choose to behave differently. The goal of the webinar is to provide:
~ An overview of where subconscious beliefs come from
~ Insight to recognize how and when your subconscious beliefs are triggering unconscious bias
~ Tools to begin to shift your beliefs and therefore shift your bias.
Leaving this webinar you will be empowered to take control of your biases rather than them being in control of you. That is a big first step in being a part of the solution.
