Whether you are a first-time manager, or aspiring to be one in the future, being in a managerial position has a lot of twists and turns. What skills do you need as manager? How do you advocate for yourself and your team? The manager's journey can be treacherous if not adequately prepared.

In this program, a panel of esteemed women, share their experiences, downfalls, and advice on managerial success. The topics will cover those aspiring to be managers, first-time managers and the challenges of being a manager and how to overcome them. This interactive panel will let you hear first-hand the ups and downs of being a manager and will allow you to ask questions throughout the event. A resource guide will be sent out after the conclusion of the event, with e-books, podcasts, and additional resources to aid you in your manager journey.
