Angela Savitri, OTR/L is a Freedom from Chronic Stress Coach, certified through Duke Integrative Medicine, an Occupational Therapist, and a Mindfulness Meditation teacher with professional training from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness.

Angela's practice and vision is focused on women leaders to experience contentment, calm and connection, even with a demanding career.

During this talk, you will:
