HBA Mid-Atlantic Chapter 2015 Mentoring Program

Event details
The 2015 mentoring program is open to new and existing HBA members. It will help you expand your skills, increase your marketability in an uncertain economy and gain practical insights that will enhance your capabilities and career.

The mentor/mentee program is designed to provide women in healthcare the support they need to succeed and/or the opportunity to give back. Come meet your mentoring group, learn about program expectations and plan group deliverables, objectives and meetings.

This program is for existing HBA members who would like to participate in the 2015 Mid-Atlantic mentoring program. After registering for the kickoff meeting, you will receive an email with a link to a mentoring survey. This will help the chapter create mentoring groups.

Learning objectives
1. Review mentoring goals and expectations
2. Network with all program participants and spend time with your individual mentoring group
