Intentional Goal Setting: Small Steps to Achieve Big Wins

With so much of last year’s focus on surviving the bigger challenges of the pandemic, how do we take a step back and transition from survival mode to an intentional mindset to thrive as we achieve our goals?
This program will focus on the entire person with the intent to rebalance, reconnect with your purpose, and help you be more intentional with your goals and actions.

In addition to a great discussion, we will aim to address the following questions:
- How do you define personal success in your career, personal life, and mental/physical health in the face of larger global issues?
- What small steps can you take to achieving these big goals?
- What support and resources are available to help you along the way?

We look forward to you joining this moderated panel discussion followed by a Q&A breakout session where each panelist will be in a breakout room with attendees to have a more focused and intimate discussion.
