HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS PRESENTS

Reinterpreting Work/Life Balance - Part 1

A common challenge for ambitious leaders is navigating the demands of work and life, including relationships and our role in our relationships. From these interactive sessions, you'll walk away with ways to see your work and life so that there is space for deeper fulfillment and meaning. The generative lens provides a path to help you see where you can make changes and have more choices.

Part 1: Intro to Generative Leadership: The questions that leaders take on are “What is
Generative Leadership?” And “How does it show up in you, your team, your organization?”

Intro and Context Setting - “What is work?” What do you interpret when you hear “work life balance”?
We will:
- Introduce a new context around work life balance
- Create actions to apply that increases satisfaction and meaning
- Show how to create new neural pathways to embody living the new interpretation

Our promise is to reveal standards and interpretations that have been culturally conditioned so new standards can be created. We will identify next actions that can be taken that include our capacity to take care of ourselves and others.

Part 2 will take place 21 April from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM CST.
