Building Your Personal Brand for Significance and Influence

In the information age, personal branding is necessary for the success of an individual and is no longer an option. Failing to manage your personal brand can lead to misinformation about you. An outstanding personal brand allows you to gain competitive advantage, grow your network, expand your leadership presence and increase your influence.
