HBA OLD CHICAGO PRESENTS

Round Table Leadership Discussions: (Re)Energize your Personal and Professional Development Goals

As we enter into the second half of 2017, please join us for an enriching evening filled with networking and development focused on you.

Start out the evening with casual networking, wine and heavy appetizers. Then, join in on two table-top discussions facilitated by a senior leader from the healthcare industry, expert in their field or academic faculty member.

Development topics will focus on:

  • -Working Smarter in Today's Fast Paced and Ever Changing Environment
  • -Successfully Managing Through a Work/Life Transition … New Job, New Company, New Attitude
  • -It's Not Always About Leading Others; How to Lead Your Boss and Peers
  • -Finding Balance and Passion in Your Work
  • -Agility with Helping Others to Grow

Each round table discussion will offer a stimulating discussion on how to gain/maintain momentum, overcome obstacles and action plan to develop your skills in these areas.

Don't forget to bring your business cards for networking throughout the event and for giveaways at the conclusion of the program.  We will be giving away some valuable tools to help you continue the journey toward achieving your development goals in 2017.
