Executive Roundtable - Diversity Is Your Strength: Building Gender Alliances
Female and male Orange County healthcare executives are invited to participate in this HBA Executive Roundtable - "Diversity is Your Strength: Building Gender Alliances.” This confidential, closed- door discussion will be facilitated by a TEDX speaker on leadership and diversity, Kimberly Farrell. Kimberly, who founded HBA Chicago and is a nationally recognized authority on developing women leaders at healthcare companies, recently spoke about the topic of "diversity drives innovation" at USC. She will guide this small group of executives in honest dialogue about the current public discourse surrounding #MeToo and gender parity, aiming to both understand diversity challenges and help guide us toward an allied approach focused on achieving innovation and results. Lunch will be served.
