HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

True Leadership Begins Where Consensus Ends – with Gunar M. Michael

Event description
True leadership begins where consensus ends - in the presence of competing interests, in the disagreement. It begins when partners in a conversation become opponents or when the counterpart suddenly acts against popular win-win standards. Trying to implement challenging decisions against the resistance of other leaders can quickly result in escalations and enduring conflicts. However, if made best use of it, disagreement can catalyze innovation and change and become the strong basis of sustainable decisions. Leaders have to bring information/ideas across in a constant and efficient way. Along this process, they need to integrate and overcome emotional resistance and criticism.
How do you lead people who communicate a lot, but do not say much or people who have a lot of notion but have lost their opinion – how can you lead people without producing a “loosing party”.

Listen to Gunar M. Michael’s recommendations, share his experience and self-train in an informative, diverting and highly motivational evening.

This presentation will be held in German.
