HBA SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PRESENTS

HBA Fit to Lead: Kundalini Yoga Class – Body, Mind and Meditation

Event description
Yoga and meditation are now common practice in many walks of life including the healthcare research and business world. Yoga keeps the body healthy and meditation clears the mind. Regular meditation helps clean our conscious and subconscious minds and removes our limitations. And meditation has a bonus; it generates time because it helps us to stay focused on our objectives instead of the myriad random thoughts that continually pass through our minds.
In this class you will learn about the basic principles of Kundalini yoga and experience the effect of an ancient yoga kriya and focused meditation.
