Leading from the Performance Zone – Creating a Life of Energy and Purpose

Join us for an evening of networking and education. Beth McCormick, Vice President, diversity and inclusion, Pfizer Inc, will offer principles for personal energy management. She will provide advice on how to avoid continually coping in a "burnout and survival" mode, and instead consistently thrive in the "performance zone". Beth will share personal techniques she has learned to help manage her life and career, allowing her to excel in the "performance zone" and advance her career. This program will be capped off by an extended networking session to all attendees to continue building relationships with other scientific and healthcare business professionals.
