HBA BOSTON-CAMBRIDGE METRO PRESENTS

Integrated Approach to Patient Engagement in Today's Digital Environment

Changes in technology and the healthcare ecosystem are increasing the patient’s role in decision making and reshaping their expectations from healthcare companies. There is an opportunity to help patients navigate the complexities involved in understanding their diagnosis, deciding on the appropriate treatment, ensuring access and securing financial assistance. Patients often need support in understanding their therapy, connecting with other patient peers, community experts and thought leaders to supplement clinical education. Lifesciences companies can take a leading role in making these connections at critical touch points, but are they moving swiftly enough in leveraging the right engagement strategies, and in the right direction? Join HBA Boston and leaders in patient engagement and advocacy at this event to learn how to better connect with and engage patients throughout the product life cycle (from R&D to commercialization) to deliver better treatment and real world outcomes.
