Event description
Mentoring is quickly becoming one of the most used and effective approaches to developing employee skills. Please join us the evening of June 23 to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary with HBA CEO Laurie Cooke, Bates Communications’ Karen Marinella, and an esteemed panel of Boston’s healthcare business women. Learn about the power of mentoring with success stories from our panel and how HBA is furthering the advancement and impact of women in healthcare worldwide.
We will fully explore the power of mentoring in career, life and future plans.
• A look back - Knowing what you know today and the path you have traveled in your career, what advice would you give your younger self?
• A current look - What role does mentoring play in your life now?
• A look forward – Where do you see mentoring going given the multigenerational workforce, knowledge workers, and the digital age?
HBA’s Boston chapter is renown nationwide for its leadership in developing a successful group mentoring program. Join us to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary and meet up with current mentoring participants, reconnect with past mentoring participants, or simply expand your network among talented women in the healthcare industry. It’s a great opportunity to become acquainted with what mentoring does for both the mentee and mentor, personally and professionally.
The first 100 attendees to arrive at the event will receive an ebook gift card for “Speak Like a CEO: Secrets for Commanding Attention and Getting Results” by Suzanne Bates. We have a few more surprises in store for you too. Please join us for this very special, first-of-its-kind, HBA Boston event.
Corporate sponsorship opportunities for this signature event are still available. Please contact Naina Bhasin if you are interested.
