Event description
Join us for an engaging dinner discussion with Troy Cox, senior VP, BioOncology at Genentech as we discuss the value of inclusive leadership and strategies to empower leading teams the model of inclusivity.

Learn how a senior leader thinks about the business value of inclusive leadership to his team and then how to apply it in your world. Specifically we will learn/discuss:

•    How to recognize unconscious bias in ourselves and our approaches
•    How you work to assimilate diverse perspectives across your teams
•    How you adapt your style and/or approach to be sure teams model inclusively
•    How managing the various generations causes challenges and opportunities for better results when led with an inclusive mindset
•    What is most difficult aspect of thoughtfully leading for inclusion
