HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Working Across Multi-Generations

Event description
In today's corporate environment, it has become important to work across generational differences in order to elevate performance. Every generation has a contribution to make. Taking the time to be compassionate and understand situations from different perspectives can result in a more fulfilling work environment and stronger professional relationships. This engaging program will provide an understanding of generational diversity and how to support and encourage employees to come together in times of tough business challenges while working side by side among four different generations.

Expert facilitator, Barbara Ann Sharon, chief learning officer of Training Edge, LLC will provide valuable insights into why each generation thinks and behaves the way it does, guide us in crucial conversations to better understand an alternate generation and provide the opportunity to work through relevant situations to achieve greater appreciation and leverage all generations in the workplace.

Please note: Announcing HBA Greater Philadelphia's new "bring a friend" program - bring a nonmember friend or colleague to the event and they will register at the member rate ($20 off).
