HBA SAN DIEGO PRESENTS

HBA Supper Club: Culture, Strategy, Performance: Interrelated Factors for Success

The “how” we get things done drives performance. The issues of trust, conflict resolution and co-ownership are foundational for how a team gets work done. Culture is defined as the set of habits that allows a group of people to cooperate by assumption rather than by negotiation. Based on that definition, culture is not what we say, but what we do intuitively. A healthy culture allows us to produce something with each other, not in spite of each other. This dinner event allows us to be more self-aware and mindful of the interrelated factors of culture, strategy and performance.

The dinner discussion will be facilitated by Lisa Hellmann, vice president, human resources, diagnostic division and global internal communications at Hologic, Inc. Lisa a seasoned executive with over 20 years’ experience leading efforts to design, develop, and implement workforce engagement strategies with an emphasis on increasing organizational performance.
