Pfau PhD, KPMG’s vice chair of human resources and communications 2004-2016, will discuss his influential Harvard Business Review case study "How an accounting firm convinced its employees they could change the world" that demonstrates the powerful, positive effects of unleashing employees’ sense of higher purpose on organization culture, workforce engagement, business performance and company brand.
