Developing Women's Leadership Initiatives and HBA IN Chapter Annual Business Meeting

Event details
This event will also serve as a platform to launch the HBA Indiana chapter effort of Developing Women’s Leadership Initiatives (WLI) within companies across Indiana. Research supporting the importance of developing women leaders within organizations that support not only economic sustainability, but also attract and retain the right talent, will be presented. The panel discussion will provide insights and key initiatives from the scheduled panelists.

1. Share best practices in developing, growing and sustaining diverse women's leadership initiatives with organizations in Indiana
2. See data to support the business case for leadership development of women
3. Learn the importance of establishing succession planning and developing a legacy
