HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

HBA GP Annual Vision Meeting and 2015 Idea Lab: Brainstorm, Collaborate, Vote

Event details
The HBA Greater Philadelphia Chapter has renamed this year's Annual Business Meeting the "HBA GP Annual Vision Meeting: 2015 Idea Lab", in order to convey that the meeting will include more than just voting and leverage the spirit of the 2014 chapter theme: get into HBA GP, get involved and get inspired. (Exciting, dynamic, visionary and forward-thinking).

In addition to voting for the 2015 officers and board members, attendees will:

(1) Hear the chapter president (Liz Coyle) review 2014, discuss the approach to 2015 planning and set the stage for the "idea lab" that will be conducted during the meeting.

(2) Participate in the "idea lab"(round-table discussions), where they will brainstorm ideas and provide input for the 2015 planning process.  The Idea Lab output will inform planning for 2015, ultimately helping HBA GP better meet members’ needs and providing another vehicle through which members “get heard”.

The format will provide opportunities for members to connect with other members and expand their networks.  Light refreshments will be served.

Learning objectives
1.  Build your professional network in a novel environment
2.  Explore the mechanics behind the workings and operation of a nonprofit organization
