Sweatworking with HBA Fairfield County

Join HBA Fairfield County for its first sweatworking event.

It’s no secret that today’s successful businesswoman is expected to sustain high performance in the face of increasing pressure and rapid change. Many organizations embrace overall fitness and its link to productivity and overall achievement. Jen Irwin owner and instructor of Dew Yoga will lead us through an introduction to traditional /popular yoga poses. She will show us breathing techniques to relieve stress that we can take away for use in daily life as well as meditation for quieting the mind – important for all of us
