Challenges and problems are important parts of life that give you experiences; make you learn and help you to become wiser and stronger. Problems make us grow and shape us.

Ms. Foley is the Global Head for Business Insights and Analytics for PD Clinical Operations (PDG) at Roche and a member of the Clinical Operations leadership team. She is responsible for developing and implementing Roche’s business insights strategy for PDG and employing advanced analytics to late-stage clinical operations to accelerate trial performance.

Prior to joining PD, Ms. Foley held various marketing and sales role at Genentech. Most recently she was the Cross Tumor Director for the LGI franchise in Genentech’s BioOncology unit. She was both a field team lead and marketing lead and worked across the commercial teams for Avastin, Tecentriq, Alecensa and Tarceva to support the various launches and business planning operations.

Prior to working in oncology, Jen held a similar role within the Rheumatology Franchise. She served as Marketing Director for the Lytics Porfolio after having held roles leading the stroke and cathether clearance businesses.

She joined Genentech in 2005 to launch Lucentis after getting her MBA from Wharton and having spent years as a pharma and biotech strategy consultant. In a weird twist of fate, she started her career in the industry as a Sales representative for Roche as she sought to leverage her training as a biochemist.

Ms. Foley lives in Burlingame with her three kids and spends off-hours running them around to a myriad of kid sporting events. She is attempting to learn how to cook and likes to pretend she knows how to garden.
