HBA WARSAW PRESENTS

Having It All, Just Not All at Once

What does it really take to build a career on your own terms? Join us for an intimate Breakfast with Leaders with Julie Brooker of Johnson & Johnson, for an honest conversation about ambition, taking risks and making difficult choices. With 8 places available, this is a rare opportunity to hear a senior leader speak openly, and to be part of the conversation.

Julie will share her personal story, including the decisions, trade-offs and different seasons of life and career that have shaped her path. We will explore how to take risks when the outcome is uncertain, why having a mentor or sponsor can make the difference, and how to decide what matters most at each stage. Expect real stories, a warm and informal atmosphere, and plenty of space for your own questions and experiences.

You will leave with fresh perspective on your own choices, practical ideas you can use straight away, and new connections within the HBA community. Whether you are early in your career or leading a team, you will find something to take away.

Join us for breakfast, and discover that you can have it all, just not all at once.
