The gender pay gap is a fact. How can we change the status quo for a more equal future? We already have powerful tools, as self-promotion and negotiation, but we, especially women, are partially aware of them, we underestimate their potential, or we don’t use them properly. Let’s have a conversation on how increase awareness of our weapons and learn examples from senior leaders from different companies, sitting at the table.
