Setting Healthy Boundaries
Do you find it hard to say 'no' to things? Do you feel guilty when you do? Or do you find yourself saying 'yes' despite your better judgement and immediately regretting it – or making excuses to avoid having to say it at all? If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Most of us have heard that healthy boundaries are important – but what does that really mean in practice?
What are boundaries? How do you establish and maintain them? And why should you care?
In this interactive online workshop, Nathalie will share practical insights and guide participants through self-reflection and group exercises to explore what boundaries really are (and what they aren't), understand the underlying drivers and mindsets that cause us to override them, and begin to communicate them with clarity and confidence – without guilt, excuses or conflict.
You will leave with greater self-awareness and practical tools you can begin using straight away. This workshop is open to all HBA members and non-members, regardless of role or background.
