Recorded Content: 2021 HBA European Leadership Summit: The Future of Leadership

The HBA is pleased to announce that the 2021 European Leadership Summit will take place virtually 16-18 June 2021.

The theme will focus on "The Future of Leadership", encompassing areas such as innovative technology trends, future talent attraction and retention as well as future biases.

  • What are the disruptive trends in tech (AI, machine learning digitalisation etc..) – what role are they playing in shaping the future of leadership and in enhancing the employee experience?
  • What will future leadership look like with Gen Z and Millennials leading the workforce? How to develop a long-term strategy for talent development and retention?
  • What do we need to do to ensure a fully inclusive work environment in the future? What types of biases will be present and how to overcome them? Can technologies help?

Attendees will have the opportunity to network, participate in interactive workshops, hear from industry experts, inspirational keynote speakers and panels who will talk about the steps they are undertaking within their organizations to be prepared for the future of the workforce and the leadership it will take to get there. Event, login and platform information 
Registration for this virtual event includes three live half-day sessions and access to on-demand recorded content for one year post-event to catch up on sessions you missed or review learning at your own pace. Login information will be sent to registrants in early June to facilitate session selection, personal agenda planning and attendee profile setup to make the most of the platform's matchmaking feature and connect with other attendees.

Cancellations/refunds
Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a €50.00 administrative fee, until 31 May. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@hbanet.org. No refunds are available after this date. Please note that if your registration includes HBA membership, the HBA membership portion is nonrefundable or nontransferable.

Photography Policy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.
