Join us for virtual Woman of the Year!
Our live show in New York City is SOLD OUT but you don’t have to miss out! Join us for a unique virtual experience with exclusive content and networking opportunities.

No matter how you plan to attend, you will be present for an extraordinary event to experience a New Era of Leadership.

HBA’s 2022 HBA Woman of the Year Beth Seidenberg, Honorable Mentor Christopher Boerner, and STAR Wendy White have shouldered the mantle for progressive change by listening to and engaging their networks, their peers, and advocating for others. Their passion for diversity and equity in the workplace is a shared commitment, driving success for their companies and their teams.

These industry champions understand that the future state will be best served by leaders who invest in their people and empower change; and recognize that embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in the very fabric of the culture, leadership, and operations is an organization’s greatest currency to power a better tomorrow.

We will also recognize nearly 200 Rising Stars and Luminaries for their outstanding performance, leadership, and contributions to our industry.
