HBA ATLANTA PRESENTS
The MindQuotient™ Presents: Courage in the Room
The moments that require courage are often quiet: speaking up, asking for what we need, challenging an idea, or advocating for ourselves or others. This interactive workshop explores what happens between knowing what we want to do and being able to do it, helping participants recognize the patterns that cause them to hesitate, regulate fear in real time, and respond with intention. Courage is not a personality trait; it is a human skill we can practice.
Nami Prakash is the Founder of The Mind Quotient™ and a former healthcare communications executive with more than 20 years of experience leading people and teams. This session builds on the themes and insights explored during “Courage in the Room,” an executive panel Nami moderated at the 2026 J.P. Morgan Healthcare Growth Forum. Through this interactive MQ Circles™ experience, she brings that conversation from the stage into the room, helping participants examine what courage looks like in their own lives and put it into practice..
Light refreshments will be provided!
Learning Objectives
Spot the patterns that cause you to hesitate in moments that call for courage.
Learn to regulate fear in real time instead of letting it stop you.
Practice responding with intention — courage as a skill, not a trait.
