Release Stress and Shine

Led by Rochelle Seltzer — Creative Core Coach, Author, Speaker, and Teacher — this workshop will guide you to recognize stress early so it does not derail you. You’ll learn ways to activate your innate creative power (yes, you are full of creative power!) and calm your nervous system, so that you can transform the pressure and show up feeling centered, grounded, and clear. Through engaging exercises and meaningful sharing, you’ll learn to shift from all the ways stress shows up for you to feeling calm, able to focus, and bring your best self to everything you do.

By the end of the session you’ll be able to recognize stress before it escalates, intervene to diffuse stress’ hold on you, and calmly move forward with fresh perspectives and ideas.
