From Bench to C-Suite with Nick Megjugorac, PhD
The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association New York Chapter invites you to join a conversation with Nick Megjugorac as he reflects on his progression from the research bench to the C-suite. Nick will share how his scientific background shaped his approach to leadership, how he navigated pivotal transitions, and what he learned as he advanced through roles in scientific strategy and executive management.
This session will highlight the capabilities that carry over from research environments into senior leadership, the experiences that influenced his direction, and the guidance he offers to leaders pursuing expanded strategic or executive roles. Attendees will gain practical insight into how scientific training supports strong decision making, how to position expertise for broader responsibility, and how to prepare for leadership opportunities within healthcare and life sciences organizations.
The discussion is designed for HBA members who want a clear view of how scientific skills translate into influential leadership paths and how to plan a career with purpose and confidence.
