HBA Virtual Networking Hour for Women in Science
Join us for a high‑energy, one‑hour virtual networking experience designed specifically for members of the HBA Women in Science Affinity Group. This session brings together women across scientific disciplines, career stages, and sectors to build authentic connections, exchange perspectives, and spark new ideas—all in a welcoming, low‑pressure environment.
Whether you work at the bench, lead project teams, develop strategy, or translate science into clinical or commercial impact, this event is for leaders who are curious, driven, and interested in learning from one another’s paths in science. Early‑career scientists, seasoned leaders, and everyone in between are encouraged to join.
The hour is intentionally structured to move beyond traditional “small talk.” Through guided breakout discussions, participants will explore career moments that shaped them, challenges they’re navigating now, and goals they’re excited about tackling next. Each breakout is facilitated to ensure inclusive conversation, meaningful engagement, and space for every voice to be heard.
