HBA PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

HBA Wise Series: Part 1 - Impression Management for "Post-COVID" Leadership

HBA Members, join us for the HBA Wise 3-Part Series, where HBA members just like you share their wisdom in the areas of personal leadership and career management.

As we emerge from the seclusion of our homes and selectively re-engage in face-to-face communication and opportunities, it is prudent to ask some reflective questions so that we are intentional in our Leadership Impression and behavior:

* How have I changed as a result of the pandemic?
* What are my personal and career and goals?
* What new opportunities do I seek ?
* How do I intend to present myself?
* What am I going to wear today?
* Which relationships are most important for me to invest in?
* What is no longer important?

As we reflect on these various questions and continue to navigate these challenging times, our personal leadership requires us to show up and demonstrate to our teams and clients that we have the vision and endurance to move forward despite barriers.

This session focuses on increasing your impact as we intentionally embrace and take responsibility for how we craft our impression on to be consistent with our goals. We invite you to share your experiences and thoughts as we discuss these topics with fellow HBA member Karen Kaufman. After the event, participants will be inspired to move forward with strategies to implement an authentic impression management plan.

*** Optional – To prepare for the session, visit www.kpartners.com
