HBA Tokyo 2024 Cafe Chat Diverse Work Styles Networking Event -多様な働き方ネットワーキングイベント
前回のネットワーキングセッションでは職種別での交流を行いました。今回は「働き方の多様性」に焦点を当て、子育て、介護、不妊治療、病気治療中の仕事など、私たちが仕事をしながら直面する様々なプライベートの状況について話し合います。互いの経験や困りごとを共有し、乗り越えた経験者のアイディアをシェアできる機会にしたいと思っています。
This session will focus on "Diversity in Work Styles" and discuss various personal situations we all face while working, such as childcare, caregiving, infertility treatment, and working during medical treatment. We hope to provide an opportunity to share our experiences and difficulties with each other and to share ideas from those who have overcome them.
