Academy workshop - Improve your skills è una serie di 5 incontri che nel 2022 guideranno i partecipanti nell'approfondimento e nell'esercizio di soft skills utili per il proprio sviluppo professionale e umano.
Il terzo incontro è dedicato al tema della Leadership con focus sull’evoluzione nel digitale e le criticità della gestione del team
L'evento sarà guidato da Gabriella Campanile, VP di Donne 4.0, esperta in D&I, empowerment e leadership femminile.
HR consultant, executive trainer e coach, esperta ed assessor emotional quotient, promuove valore, equità e sostenibilità sociale nelle organizzazioni all’interno della logica di risultato e di miglioramento continuo mettendo al centro le risorse umane.
Gabriella è una consulente direzionale, si occupa di sviluppo del management all’interno dei contesti organizzativi e nelle corporate. Accompagna le aziende nei processi di innovazione e cambiamento.
