Leaders Are Readers: Insights That Spark Connection & Action
What does it take to truly “expect to win” in your career and leadership journey? Join the HBA Southeast Region and the Mosaic Leadership Collective for the kickoff of the Leaders Are Readers series, where connection and empowerment take center stage.
Guided by Robyn Boyd, Director of Patient Advocacy and Strategic Alliances and member of the Mosaic Leadership Collective Affinity Group, this interactive event draws on themes from Carla Harris’ bestselling book Expect to Win. Together, we’ll explore the lessons Carla learned in her own career—building confidence in high-stakes situations, cultivating sponsorship, and lifting others as you climb—and apply them to our own leadership paths.
This is not a lecture; it’s a dynamic conversation designed to spark dialogue, networking, and peer learning. Robyn will facilitate thought-provoking discussion, encouraging participants to connect in small groups, share perspectives, and discover practical ways to turn these insights into action. Whether you’ve read the book cover-to-cover or are coming in fresh, you’ll leave inspired, empowered, and connected to a community of leaders committed to growing together.
