HBA TAMPA PRESENTS

Sleeptelligence: What to Know About Sleep Health

Sleep is essential for both physical and mental well-being, yet many struggle to get enough rest due to personal habits and health issues. This program explores the sleep process—what’s needed to fall and stay asleep—and offers practical sleep hygiene strategies to improve rest. By raising your sleep intelligence and prioritizing sleep, you’ll see meaningful improvements in energy, focus, mood, and long-term health.

This session will be hosted by Holly Murphy, MA, MPH, CWP (She/Her/Hers) Manager of Health and Wellness Program at Tampa General Hospital.
