Embracing Opportunity and Change: How to be Successful Working Out of your Comfort Zone
Please join us for the final event in our three-part series that is focused on introducing HBA members to the evolution of the life sciences industry over the past 20 years, and the leading role that Boston has played in it. Starting with The Human Genome Project, the latest cutting-edge innovations in genetic editing, precision medicines and AI all contribute to advancing the development of treatments for chronic and rare diseases. This series of HBA programs will explore what has driven the great strides made in therapeutic and disease advancement as well as how to adapt to the realities and dynamics of clinical development today.
Gerald Mosely, President of CP&P Development, will lead us in a workshop focused on developing the right skills to better work in the quickly changing and innovative environment.
Do you feel you are truly being your best? Are you truly doing what you love? And how much of what you do, do you truly love? These are questions we should ask ourselves, if we truly want to be all that we can be professionally. As we each picked our majors, or areas of focus for different reasons, those choices often led to a career path that may or may not have us being the best we can be or want to be. In this workshop we are going to explore this topic with the goal of helping you to start thinking about and taking some actions to guide you to being your best, or professionally being all you can be. Leaving the workshop feeling inspired, learning more about yourself, and taking action is the intent through discussion, self-reflection, and some interaction.
