HBA NORTHERN NEW JERSEY PRESENTS

NNJ Dare to Care: Transitioning Back Post - Covid

Many employers are asking employees to come back into the office and, while some employees may welcome the return to on-site work, the re-entry has created a flurry of feelings among many ranging from stress, anxiety and fear to greater mental distress. Safety, flexibility and mental health support will be key during this transitional period. Join the NNJ Dare to Care: Transitioning Back Post-Covid open forum to share experiences, discuss ways to embrace this transition, address concerns and support one another as we each strive to balance personal and professional competing priorities. Collectively, as the local, state-wide, national, worldwide HBA community, we can learn from each other and thrive together.

The HBA is a united force and Dare to Care is a channel to unite us. It is an opportunity to come together to share daily life’s insights, identify lessons learned, brainstorm solutions to the common, persistent challenges and discover how we can manage through this together. These sessions will reinforce the HBA’s core goals to strengthen women’s networks, make new connections and generate new ideas related to personal and professional life.

HBA NNJ believes leadership is not time-bound but a full-time commitment that takes initiatives. The HBA looks to lead its members into conversations with each other; to speak to regular, daily challenges faced by each other, and to encourage the authentic, transparent, and transformative thought and connections.
