HBA NY TRI-STATE REGION PRESENTS

Conversations with Trailblazing Women Leaders in Healthcare – Cultivating your Professional Path

As the pandemic continues, navigating your career path may feel daunting. We invite you to join the Northern NJ HBA chapter and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset in partnership with Rutgers University Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Seton Hall University and Appalachian State University for an interactive evening with 3 trailblazing women leaders in healthcare. Our moderated panel will feature:

• Kayla Spence, Associate Director, Clinical Service at NYC Health + Hospitals
• Stacy Lallier, Director of Strategy & Governance, BioResearch Quality & Compliance, Janssen Research & Development
• Paula Gutierrez, Director of Diversity & Inclusion, RWJUH Somerset/RWJBarnabas Health
• Moderator: Bea von Seckendorff, Sr. Manager, Business Operations, Emerging Science & Innovation / ES&I

This exciting event will provide the opportunity to connect with three leaders as they share their diverse experiences and leadership capabilities that helped to shape their professional careers. You will then join smaller breakout sessions with one of the panelists to have a more in-depth discussion to understand how to cultivate your career path.
