The Extraordinary Self: How To Harness Your Best Self During Times of Job Transition or any Adversity

Transitioning during life's circumstances, especially when between jobs, is no ordinary feat. In this session, learn from the research-based field of positive psychology, performance psychology and resilience on how to be the best version of yourself despite the circumstances. The session will introduce concepts from the above-mentioned sciences and focus on how to remain resilient during challenging times in one's life. After the session, participants will leave with a tool that will help them deal with stressful situations in a positive manner and also with a deeper understanding on how to make sustainable changes in their lives.
