Overcoming Disparities in the New Healthcare Landscape

Event description

Hear from several key opinion leaders across the healthcare sector on how industry leaders are actively engaged in eliminating healthcare disparities. Please join us to learn how by working together, we can raise awareness and be part of the solution.

The transformation of our healthcare delivery system needs leaders like you. It is about putting patients first, thinking analytically and creatively, while building trustworthy relationships with healthcare partners and community leaders. One of the new healthcare landscape goals is to provide all patients with better coordinated care and improved health outcomes.

This event is the first step to begin the dialogue on how we play a major role in redesigning our efforts to be successful in creating a balanced relationships between the traditional healthcare delivery system and community based partners.
