HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

Webinar: Artificial Intelligence and Gamification: Using Technology to Eliminate Gender Bias

Please note this webinar will take place from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

Technology – including artificial intelligence and gamification – is now being used to detect and remove bias from the hiring process. What does this mean for talent professionals, hiring managers, candidates and organizations?

Humans are biased, and these biases can limit our ability to hire predictively and blindly. Artificial intelligence, however, can be leveraged to mitigate what we don’t consciously recognize -- algorithms can be built, trained and tested to create bias-free systems and level the playing field, enabling organizations to benefit from the talents and expertise of the full workforce.

The HBA is pleased to welcome Frida Polli, PhD, CEO and co-founder of pymetrics, to this webinar where she will discuss how technology is being used to remove bias from the hiring process and provide examples of how this has been achieved at global companies such as Unilever and Accenture. She will also describe how other companies are tackling bias in their process and increasing access to opportunities for all: a win/win for organizations and candidates.
