Transforming the C-Suite and Boardroom: Approaches to Advancing Women Leaders in Healthcare

The current numbers of women in the c-suite and in the boardroom for healthcare companies is concerning, and the pipeline of talent needs to be fortified.

This Fast Forward Women program is specifically designed to provide real world information and guidance for women looking to be identified for c-suite and board positions. Our goal for attendees is to takeaway information that enables them to broadcast their potential to lead and be equipped with the knowledge to proactively execute a plan for advancement.

Hear from women who have successfully navigated the journey to the c-suite and boardroom, as well as those who are actively supporting the shift for more women's voices and contributions around the executive table.

HBA is committed to the advancement of all professional women in healthcare and our Fast Forward Women events are specifically focused on the trajectory of women who can positively effect change as well as clear a path for more women to follow.
