HBA SAN DIEGO PRESENTS

Using Strengths for Career Resilience

In this highly interactive program, HBA members and guests will explore their greatest talents and how they have utilized them to achieve past successes. After identifying your natural strengths, we will also explore how they may get in your way from time-to-time and what to do about these challenges from the positive place of your talents. Turning our attention to career resilience, participants will have an opportunity to identify a professional goal and how they can use their strengths to pursue it.
