Navigating Unconscious Bias: Become a Stronger, More Authentic Leader

Join Cincinnati healthcare leaders and leading experts in Implicit Bias to gain new understanding of this emerging area including ways to become a stronger and more authentic leader. Plan to attend this engaging session using improvisational exercises to stretch your mind, coupled with small group discussion to provide you with new techniques increasing your influence as an authentic leader.

3:30 - 4:00 PM    Arrival and registration
4:00 - 5:30 PM    Welcome and ImprovEdge keynote presentation on implicit bias
5:30 - 6:30 PM    Workshop with Gild Collective on becoming a more authentic leader
6:30 - 7:30 PM    Networking reception and door prizes

Special instructions: Follow signs to the Carriage House. Participants are encouraged to take the Implicit Association Test, or IAT, prior to the event so they can test themselves on hidden bias prior to the event.
