HBA BOSTON-CAMBRIDGE METRO PRESENTS

Signature Event -Gender Diversity: A Roundtable Conversation with Leaders Across Industries in Boston

With the recent appointment of big pharma’s first female CEO, it is exciting to tout the many strides that women have made in the professional workplace. It is, however, well documented that gender inequality still exists. With the fairly low numbers of women holding leadership roles within the overall pharma/biotech space, some argue that a larger divide exists within the healthcare industry than in other sectors. As a result, a focus on gender diversity has become a hot topic, and how to incorporate initiatives to confront gender parity are of utmost interest and importance.

Join HBA Boston for a panel discussion with representatives from pharma, finance and marketing within the Boston area to discuss gender diversity within their companies and industries. Hear how this topic is being tackled, how their companies/industries are being impacted, specific challenges they are facing and how their workplaces are incorporating initiatives to ensure gender parity.

This is an HBA Boston signature event.
