Join us to hear Chantelle Anderson, an expert at overcoming the cost of insecurity, building the skill of confidence and applying proven techniques to achieve results across various industries. Chantelle’s experience in both professional sports and corporate sales at a high level, brings a unique perspective on overcoming fear, working with transferrable skills and leveraging strengths in any arena. Chantelle will provide an interactive presentation that will leverage practical tools to overcome fear and Imposter Syndrome, assess the cost of insecurity to one’s career, describe how one can prioritize individual wants in negotiating a new position, a raise or a career opportunity and subsequently plan a course of action if one’s needs are not met.

Chantelle Anderson is a Vanderbilt Grad, WNBA Alum, basketball Hall-Of-Famer and former Corporate Sales Stand-Out. Now as the founder of VC Consulting International, a coaching and consulting firm focusing on performance strategies for high-achievers, she is a trusted resource to help organizations develop and sponsor diverse leaders at every level, building a more engaged and profitable workforce.
